The wheel lifting device VAS 6318 was developed especially for dealerships that offer a tyre service and is particularly suitable for easy centring of heavy wheels on wheel balancing machines.
The device comprises of a sturdy base frame, which is bolted to the floor. The unit is raised and lowered by a pneumatic bellows cylinder. For operating procedures, the protective shutter is rolled out automatically. Control of the cylinder is via a foot pedal. Depending on the direction required (UP/DOWN), the left or right pedal is actuated by foot.
Compressed air is used to operate the whole device. No electrical connection is necessary.
