The test adapter set VAS 5143A/19 is used to carry out a functional check of the HV test adapter VAS 6558A/33A by bridging the plug/minus contacts. Using the test adapters VAS 5143A/19-1 and VAS 5143A/19-2, the adapter sockets A and B of the HV test adapter VAS 6558A/33A can each be individually checked for various parameters according to the current VAS 5143A software.

The test adapter set VAS 5143A/19 is used exclusively for checking the high-voltage test adapter VAS 6558A/33A and must not be placed on the vehicle.
